Scope
Acting offers a glanderous career and extreme popularity. In present era of booming satellite channels, the actors and actresses are in high demand. They get excellent job opportunities in films, dramas and television serials. Along with good income, they get tremendous popularity among the people. Hence, more and more people are getting attracted to this field. It's like a dream for the youngsters to develop a career in the world of glamour.
Career opportunities and essential pre-requisites
Obviously you will need technical skills that have to do with the craft, your acting skills as well as other technical things like headshots, résumé, etc. Attitude is the second thing.
Training
The candidates can select full time or part time courses. 3 months Diploma and Certificate courses are available. There are summer workshops conducted for the children and adults. Both Hindi and English languages are used for the course. The candidate opting for admission in Acting School should have the bachelor's degree in any discipline.
